I am an RF designer i load Kicad 8 and the set up still have very few RF tool .
Instead of STUB that generate a line long what you are asking plus the with of the line a simple Line will be better.
In any case what is a working add on on 8 rel that at least can generate taper , square termination or line
and bend ?

As a new feature in KiCad V8, graphic objects can now have net names. You can simple draw graphical lines, arcs, rectangles etc, and when they overlap with a copper track they will automatically assume that net name and KiCad calculates clearances etc.
